If you haven't joined Swagbucks yet then you are missing out on one of the best paying websites available right now. Swagbucks is an awesome site! It is very easy to earn money there. What I do is sign in once a day and perform a search, this takes only seconds to do. They have their own search engine that rewards you with Swagbucks when you use it and the search results are the same as Google's. Usually you will win Swagbucks with your first or second search but sometimes it will take more than one search. The amount of Swagbucks you earn is usually around 10SB for a search and every now and then you will get 50 SB. It does not matter what you search for, you can type whatever pops in your head first. Just remember to do the search at least once every 24 hours, I bookmarked it in my favorites along with all of my other daily PTC sites, this makes it easy to remember. You can earn for searching more than once a day but space your searches out like every 6 hours. A good way to do that is to set swagbucks as your default search engine (optional but worth doing), that way you don't even have to think about timing them.
There are other ways to earn additional Swagbucks. They have a daily poll which will reward you with 1 Swagbuck just for voting on it. Swagbucks TV will get you 3 Swagbucks for every 10 videos you watch (hint - you don't have to watch the whole thing just the short ads in the beginning) Check your Swagbucks mailbox because this is where they usually put quick little activities that will earn you several Swagbucks each. There's a section called NOSO (No Obligation Special Offers) where you can view signup offers. You are not obligated to sign up for anything just scroll down and skip each offer until you get your 2 free daily swagbucks (will reward you within 3-5 skips). They also have a toolbar that will automatically give you 1 Swagbuck just for opening your browser each day. Plus you will occasionally see a message in your toolbar from TSG (The Swag Guy) that will give you a code to enter into your account for some free Swagbucks. They do fun treasure hunt type activities that you can participate in to win more Swagbucks. Mega Swagbucks Day is every Friday and that just means they are going to release multiple codes throughout the day with one big code at the end of the day. If you can only be active on Swagbucks one day a week Fridays are the days to do it. Holidays (All holidays) are good days to rack up some extra Swagbucks too because they usually put out a generous code in the blog that is active for most of that day. There are more ways to earn but the ways described above are the ones I use regularly.

The first ones you want to do are the videos, they are worth 2-3 Swagbucks each. You don't have to watch them, just play them and when they end go on to the next one. They can be found under the Gambit, GWallet and Paymentwall sections. There are also email submit offers from Arcamax. Each one you do is worth around 10 Swagbucks. The trick to doing these is to do only one per day. It is also best if you use a Gmail address and click on the confirm email that is immediately sent to you (it might be in your spam folder).

Below is a screenshot of what my Swagbuck activity looks like. I wrote exactly what each task was next to the Swagbuck value. I don't always do so many Facebook app installs every day. I just do them once a week and this happened to be that day, they are so quick and easy. I usually get at least 25 Swagbucks a day (with no referrals) but sometimes I get much more depending on how much time I spend in the special offers section.
Here is a hint that I just learned, there is a twitter account that posts where all the swagcodes can be found. New Swagcodes turn up all the time (usually once a day) but it is sometimes hard to find them because you need to be at the right place at the right time. Swagcodes can be posted on the Swagbucks Blog, Twitter, Facebook, toolbar and in the Swidget (there is a Swidget at the bottom of this page). This twitter account that I found posts all the swagbucks codes in their twitter feed. If you are hardcore swagbucks fan, like me, you can not only follow them but you can have their tweets sent to your cell phone so you will never miss an available swagcode. To follow this swagbucks code twitter page make sure you are signed into twitter, find the weloveswagbucks or swagbuckscodes twitter page, follow them and then right next to where it says following you should see a small cell phone icon just click on it and it will turn green.
You can trade your Swagbucks in for Paypal cash, giftcards, or merchandise. My favorite things to use my Swagbucks on are Amazon gift certificates. The reason is because I love Amazon and you can never find coupons or cash back incentives for Amazon.com. This way I can use a gift card to get a discount on items that would not normally be discounted at all. Plus you can combine the gift cards with Amazon's free shipping on orders over $25.00 and you've got yourself quite a deal! The Amazon gift cards are really cheap (450SB each) and it is super easy to get at least 1 or 2 of them a month without referrals and only minimal effort. The Amazon giftcards do not expire and you can use as many as you want one one purchase since they stack. So if I earned 5 $5.00 giftcards I would be able to use my 25 dollar credit on anything on Amazon. If you choose an item that offers free super saving shipping then you just got a $25 item of your choice shipped to your house for free! I always let Swagbucks take care of Christmas for me. Swagbucks has one the best referral programs around, when you refer someone new to the site you will earn exactly what they earn so if they do a search and win 10 points you will receive 10 points too. The Swagbucks add up quick without any referrals at all but with referrals it is amazing how many Swagbucks you'll be earning! Here is my Swagbucks referral link. They will even let you refer family members who reside in the same house with you and use the same computer. So make sure you refer everyone in your household. Swagbucks used to be a US site only but they are now open to Canada and the UK. The site might be available to even more countries in the near future.
